Firstly, we would like to assure you that although the questionnaire is not anonymous, we only collect the minimum amount of personal information. For instance, we do not require you to provide your full name but instead ask you to use an alias.
Secondly, we only share information that contains your alias with school staff for the purpose of supporting your academic progress. Our employees may access the information you provide, but they are unable to identify you as an individual based on the data you provide.
Thirdly, we take strong measures to protect the confidentiality of your information and prevent unauthorised access.

School information. If your are representing a school, we may collect from you information about your School, such as: School name and location, contact information of school team, and other account registration related details.
Quetionnaire settings. If your are representing a school, we may collect from you information related to each survey conducted such as survey dates, and other questionnaire preference details.
Sensitive information. If you are a Student Participant, we collect the initials of your name and your date of birth. We do not collect information about you full name. We may also ask you to provide us with sensitive demographic information, such as information about gender. You have the option to select “Prefer Not To Answer.”
Questionnaire data. If you are a Participant, we will collect and store your questionnaire responses unless you ask us to remove them by contacting us through this form.
Billing details. If you use a credit card for billing, our credit card processor may collect information such as the cardholder’s name, billing address, email address, credit card number, expiry date, and credit card security code.

If you are representing a school or an Administrator, we may use your data to provide you with our services, such us setting up and managing your account, and processing your orders. We may also use your data to contact you about the services or your account.

If you are a Student, we use your data to provide your School with questionnaire answers, analysis and results.
We may share data with external entities, such as for research purposes, and take the necessary steps to anonymize the data prior to sharing it.
We may use your data to monitor, maintain, and improve our services, or to create new services.
When we process a Customer’s order, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
With your consent, we may display Customer or Participant testimonials on our websites. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial or any other endorsement, please contact us.
As we continue to develop our business, we may use data you provided if we are engaged in a negotiation to merge, sell or finance our Company.
In certain circumstances we may be required to share your data in order to comply with legal obligations.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data at Amazon Web Services’ Frankfort data centre.
Our Company will keep questionnaire data including student alias and school name for up to 4 years. We may keep anonymised data to produce reports and share with third parties or for research purposes for indefinite time. No student or school will be identifiable in such reports.
We will retain other information for as long as is necessary to provide our services, or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal rights.
What are your data protection rights?
Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access - You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
