Product Overview
This product allows schools to evaluate students' wellbeing through a set of online surveys. A multi-perspective approach involves students, teachers and parents, to provide a holistic view of the wellbeing within school. The comprehensive analysis measures social, emotional and physical wellbeing of every student and signposts possible evidence-based interventions inspired by recent research in order to drive positive change.

School Admin / IT lead / wellbeing lead - 2-3 hours for survey setup and communications to participants
Teachers – up to 30 min to answer the survey per class
Students – up to 10 min to complete the survey

Participants' access to connected devices is required (smartphones / tablets / laptops / computers)
Additional staff time needs to be allocated to review the reports, prepare and execute intervention plans
Privacy
We collect student aliases, instead of real names, so that school staff can recognize and support every student, while keeping student identities safer.

This product enable schools to measure teachers' wellbeing through an online survey. By gaining insight into teachers' social, emotional and physical wellbeing, schools can better align their wellbeing strategies to teachers' needs and improve retention rates and performance. Moreover, improving teachers' wellbeing can lead to higher levels of students' wellbeing and vice versa, as those are interconnected and mutually influential.
