"Clearly, the ultimate value of evaluations depends on their findings and recommendations being acted upon."

Here are some steps to help you turn your intervention plans into actions:
Sharing the results of the survey can have many positive impacts. It demonstrates transparency and commitment to act upon the results. It builds trust and credibility as participants can see the impact of their input, increases engagement and participation in future surveys and other forms of feedback and can help to generate more ideas for improvement. Decide what and how much to share based on your goals and audience.
Now that you've measured wellbeing in your school, identified the areas you want to work on and created effective intervention plans, it's time to take action and execute your plan. Follow up with action owners and support them in executing the plan.
Measuring again will allow you to assess both the trend of scores and the impact of your intervention efforts. We recommend taking two wellbeing measurements during an academic year. The first measurement should be taken 2-3 months after the start of the year and a second measurement 2-3 months before the end of the year.
